S.A Organization Demands $1million Refund from Nicki Minaj

An organization in south Africa; The ANC Youth League wants the ‘Anaconda’ hit maker; Nicki Minaj refund the sum of about $1million they paid her.

They paid her the money to perform in South Africa but the show was cancelled. According to some South African media, Nicki was paid the money for a music festival  a few weeks back  which she was supposed to headline in the city of Tshwane this October, but the festival was canceled recently.
Now however, the organizers are demanding their money back and they have written to the rapper’s management to return the money. Unfortunately, the money will not be refunded to them because it’s a non-refundable performance fee. In other words, if you pay the money and you cancel the show, you are on your own. No returns.
But ANCYL is now saying if Nicki Minaj doesn’t want to return the money, she should give it to charity. Lesego Makhubela of the ANC Youth League said
‘She knows that she hasn’t worked for the money and there are many charities that she can donate the money to. We don’t want taxpayers’ money to be used on boob jobs.”

So $1million dollars will just go like that. We are talking about N150million.Lol
