Perhaps Posh and Becks have found that the secret to happy marriage is sharing their gym time with each other

We've come to a relationship conclusion: couples who exercise together, stay together.
This is atleast true of David and Victoria Beckham who stepped out with each other to take part in a SoulCycle class in Brentwood, California.
For those of you living under a rock, that's the latest celeb fad sweeping the states where groups of people take part in an indoor cycling session.
We're not at all surprised to see Golden Balls and Posh Spice getting stuck into the rhythm-based exercise phenomenon as both of them have always been super-fit.

In the past we've seen the footballer working up a sweat along with his oldest son Brooklyn, but now it appears that the 39-year-old has managed to persuade his missus to come along.
The singer must've been keen to get involved because she seemed very willing to take part in the workshop as she arrived wearing all black.
And in typical fashion, the 40-year-old even kept her eyes covered with a large pair of black sunglasses.
