Jennifer Lawrence's childhood secrets revealed: From jumping off a moving bus to pranks and anxiety issues

Jennifer Lawrence might be every bit the glamorous film star now, but she's got more of her Hunger Games character in her than we would ever have known.

If you ever wondered what the blonde beauty was like growing up, and just how she became so incredibly famous, three of her childhood friends have now spilled the beans on everything from naughty pranks to young romances.
Kaley Seldon, 23, Erika Vance, 23, and Erin Spaulding, 23 told The Mail Online of their boisterous younger years, after all meeting in a church youth program in Kentucky.
And it's as good as it sounds.
Possibly Jennifer's biggest shocker from those early years was when she jumped off a moving bus, then managed to avoid suspension from school - showing she was a great actress from a young age.
Kaley reminisced that Jen had been reading kidnapping book Ransom, so believed when the driver moved off from the bus stop, they were being taken.

 

 Her friends reportedly agreed to jump when she asked, not believing she would go through with it - but of course, she did.
Kaley told The Mail: "The next day she was supposed to get suspended but instead she told them she had PTSD over the incident after reading the book and they ended up giving her a week off homework."
Kaley also remembered a time when they almost burned down Jennifer's enormous family home after playing with lighter fluid.
"We got in trouble with lighter fluid once," she reportedly told the site. "We found some by the outdoor grill and we were spraying the lighter fluid and her parents went mad because we almost set the house on fire."

The naughty pair even sold neighbours lemonade lined with salt and pepper as a prank - shocker.
Undoubtedly they knew they were hard work, and Erika told The Mail: "We went through four Sunday school teachers at the church. It's not that we were bad, but we were a lot to handle."
As well as describing their famous pal as "caring" and "supportive", the trio remembered more hilarious memories from Jennifer playing a prostitute in a school play, to constantly having her boyfriends vetted by her brothers Ben and Blaine.
But the girls have rallied round their old pal since nude photos of her were leaked online, saying the incident was "horrible" and they expect she will want privacy at the moment.

 

 They went on to say Jennifer has always struggled with anxiety, we know, we're shocked too.
But despite having problems growing up, she has managed to overcome her panic attacks and pave her way to fame.
Finally the trio confirmed Jen really is dating Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, and expect her to return home for her wedding.

"She will come back to get married here [in Louisville]," Erika told the site. "Jen definitely wants to have kids, she loves them. I can see her really wanting a family, she's really family orientated. It all depends on timing and when she's ready."
