Snooki has given birth to her baby girl and tweeted the happy news earlier today.
The former Jersey Shore star and her fiancé Jionni LaValle are now proud parents to two children, as they already have two-year-old son Lorenzo together.
Tweeting the baby news today, Snooki revealed that she had called her daughter Giovanna Marie LaValle and revealed that she took after her mother with a full head of black head.

JWoww shared the first picture

  "So happy to let you know we had our beautiful daughter this morning Giovanna Marie LaValle. 6.7 lbs, full head of black hair & perfect (sic),” Snooki tweeted.
Snooki’s best friend and partner in crime, Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley, who welcomed her baby girl Meilani just two months ago, has already been to visit her pal and the new arrival.
Posting a gorgeous picture from Snooki’s hospital bed, with the new mother in full on leopard-print, JWoww wrote: "My best friend gave birth to a gorgeous baby girl .... Giovanna is a stunning 6.7lb perfect angel!(sic).”

  JWoww recently revealed that Snooki seemed to struggle with her second pregnancy, and was like a character from horror flick ‘The Exorcist’.
"I hated my pregnancy. They say [baby girls] take your oestrogen so your hormones are more depleted,” she said.
"I don't know if that's true or not because I never had a boy, but I'm looking at Nicole - she loved the pregnancy with Lorenzo. This one, I'm scared of her. It's like 'The Exorcist.' "
