The man who attempted to punch him was spotted with his on-again, off-again girlfriend in Los Angeles International Airport on Monday.
Orlando Bloom, who tried to uppercut Bieber earlier this summer during a heated argument, was seen walking just steps behind Selena Gomez when the two stars were departing from LAX at the same time.
Bloom, 37, tried to remain incognito in a wide-brimmed hat as he trailed behind the singer, while Gomez brought up the front with pal Alfredo Flores. But before you start cranking that rumor mill about these two dating just because ~*~one celebrity was walking just steps
behind another~*~, please note that this random encounter appeared to
be more of an awkward coincidence -- as both seemed to be focused on
talking to their respective traveling partners -- than a supposed romantic rendezvous in one of Los Angeles' busiest places.
Previously, Bloom and Gomez sparked romance rumors when the two were seen hanging out on the sidewalk curb outside Chelsea Handler's Uganda Be Kidding Me live show in April. When the two spotted the paparazzi nearby taking photos of their encounter, the twosome quickly dispersed.
