President Jonathan has appointed a new Head of Service of the federation. He is Dr Danladi Irmiya Kifasi.
Until his appointment, Dr Kifasi was a permanent secretary in the
Ministry of Petroleum resources. He succeeds Mallam Bukar Goni who
retired recently.
